Giveaway: FreeSpirit Designer Solids Color Card

Hey guys! Guess what? Today, I'm having a giveaway for a FreeSpirit Designer Solids color card! I just ♥ ♥ ♥ FreeSpirit fabrics, don't you? My fabric stash primarily consists of FreeSpirit fabrics--I'm talking about 90% of it!! Actually, I wish I had one of these color cards for myself. Maybe one day...but for now this color card is for one of you!! I want to sincerely thank Charlie and Lindsay of Hawthorne Threads for providing the color card for me to give away here. Thank you for being so awesome!

I've visited Hawthorne Threads quite a bit (even if I am only window shopping until the budget allows otherwise, ha ha!) Their shop is so user friendly and easy on the eyes. Can I tell you about my absolute favorite feature of their store? It's not something I've seen anywhere else. When you are shopping for fabrics, on each fabric's page, located at the bottom you'll see something like this: 







I mean, they take out all the guesswork of matching colors for you! You just click on one of the swatches and it shows you all the different fabrics they carry that include that specific color. It's just so nice to have that kind of help. Oh, did I mention they have weekly giveaways too? I hope you check out their shop.

Here's how to enter the giveaway:
Required Entry: 
1. Become a follower of my blog, either by Google Friend Connect and/or by subscribing to the RSS feed (just click on the orange slice of cake and choose your preference of reader).

Optional entries:
2. Tweet, Blog, or Facebook about this giveaway. If you do, leave a comment here with the link, so I can check it out. (You can do one or all of these, just make sure to leave links for each method in a separate comment.) Feel free to use this easy tweet button.

3. Visit Hawthorne Threads, have a look around and then come back and tell me your favorite item they sell or something you like about them.

4. Like Hawthorne Threads on Facebook. Then leave a comment telling me you did.

5. Sign up for their newsletter (bottom left hand corner on the home page.) Then leave a comment here telling me you did so.

6. Leave a comment on any non-giveaway post. I always enjoy hearing your thoughts and opinions.

7. Go vote for your favorite bundle in the Fat Quarter Idol competition. I'm a finalist for Week 3, YAY! Then come back and tell me that you voted.

    I love Hawthorne Threads. I once needed to find a solid background fabric to match a certain print. I e-mailed for their recommendation and it was perfect. It was a huge element in the quilt so it was vital that they got it right... and they did! Thanks for the chance to win!

    Hawthorne threads is my GO TO for modern fabric. I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything they carry (well, okay, most things they carry, haha!) Lately I've been drooling over the Andalucia line. All of it. The colors are so wonderful!

    Something I like about Hawthorne Threads (besides the fact that they have giveaway!) is that they carry Cloud 9, even more that they have on their menu "Color Grid" where you can click a color and they give you all the fabrics in that color range, it's so awesome!

    Hawthorne Threads was the site of my first online fabric purchase. Love them. I also love the color matcher thingy. And just today I was checking out all of the "Coming Soon" fabric. There are so many great lines coming out this summer.

    3. I love the design of their website and that they have all my favorite designers, collections, and Japanese Imports. I like that they have their fabrics displayed and you don't have to click three links to get to it. Its just ALL there to compare.

    There are so many things I love about Hawthorne Threads. Here is one: the Color Range option that helps me search for fabric by color, without having to have a specific fabric line in mind. Great when I'm making a quilt in a color family and looking for something to fit in.
